Age Concern Hampshire Community Information Hub


Age Concern Hampshire's Community Information Hub offers independent, impartial and confidential support. The Community Information Service is available to older people, their friends, family and carers.

Included in the service: Help with online with applications for benefits such as the Attendance Allowance or the Blue Badge scheme. Help you with a Benefit Check to see if you are claiming what you are entitled to. Assistance with form filling and providing information (home visits may be available). Information available on a wide range of topics to support older people.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 16:00 pm.

Age Concern Hampshire is an independent charity working to promote the wellbeing and welfare of the over-50s in the county of Hampshire. They provide a range of services including care, support, information and advice to enable older people to remain independent for as long as possible.
