Basketball4All works with schools and businesses to encourage young people from a variety of backgrounds to get active, learn new skills and have fun! Their Foundation provides a range of innovative basketball opportunities within the local community. Examples include engaging boys and girls who are not currently active in sport, are excluded from mainsteam education or have learning disabilities.

About Basketball4All (formerly Scorchers Basketball Foundation)

Basketball4All (formerly Scorchers Basketball Foundation) is the charity arm of the Surrey Scorchers Pro British Basketball League team. The Foundation’s trustees are all very passionate about basketball and how it can change lives. They work hard to get the inactive, active through sport. B4A run projects for disadvantaged and disabled young people, helping to improve their lives through basketball in Surrey, Sussex, Kent, North East Hampshire and East Berkshire. They aim to encourage every young person to take part in basketball and provide a pathway within the sport for those that would like to continue playing.
