Bookworms Nursery


Daytime childcare for local families, students, and college staff. Bookworms Nursery is situated within the the Farnborough College of Technology campus and is open to the public. Childcare is available during term-time only for children aged 3 months to 4 years. Facilities include sensory materials, sand & water play (indoors & outdoors), arts & crafts, role play, toys & puzzles, cooking, garden and offers special needs provision.

Opening hours are:
Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm
Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Session times available each day:
Breakfast Club (term time only): Monday-Friday 8.00am-8.30am
Morning with Lunch: 8.30am-1.00pm
Afternoon Session: 1.00pm-5.30pm (1.00pm-4.30pm on Fridays)
Full Day: 8.30am-5.30pm (4.30pm on Fridays)

User Cost/Charge Information
A registration fee of £25.00 is payable to the nursery on a place being offered. £10.00 for students of Farnborough College of Technology.
Sibling discount of 10% applies to the youngest child’s fees, while two or more children are attending the nursery. Childcare vouchers are accepted as payment for fees. The nursery is also registered to receive tax-free childcare payments. Fees include morning snack, hot lunch and an afternoon snack where applicable.

Breakfast Club: £6.00 (for children under 3 years)
Morning Session: £33.50 (for children under 3 years); £30.50 (over 3's)
Morning with Lunch: £42.50 (for children under 3 years); £40.50 (over 3's)
Afternoon with Lunch: £46.50 (for children under 3 years); £44.50 (over 3's)
Afternoon Session: £37.50 (for children under 3 years); £35.50 (over 3's)
Full Day Session: £65.00 (for children under 3 years); £60.00 (over 3's)

Afternoon Session: £33.50 (for children under 3 years); £30.50 (over 3's)
Full Day Session: £60.00 (for children under 3 years); £55.00 (over 3's)

Late pick-up fee: Applied for every 15 minutes late: £25.00
