About Cove Cricket Club

Located in the North East corner of Hampshire, bordering Surrey and Berkshire, Cove Cricket Club has been ever present in the community since 1935. Growing from a small club playing matches on the village green to a vibrant cricket and social club with stunning grounds and a fantastic clubhouse, Cove Cricket Club has mirrored the growth of the town of Farnborough.

Cove Cricket Club is home to seven senior cricket sides, spanning various levels, providing a fun and competitive environment for all abilities and genders. With strong links to the schools and colleges within their community, they have established themselves as the leading club in the borough of Rushmoor, providing a safe space for young people to experience the benefits of sport and exercise in one of their nine junior boys, open or girls teams. This is reflected in their ECB Clubmark accreditation.

The cricket is just the start here at Cove. They are proud of the community they serve and are always looking for ways to give back, whether that be a social space to meet new people, charity days in aid of TYAC in memory of Natasha Marisa (the founder of their women's section), Firework Display for local families or live music and social events. There truly is something for everyone at Cove Cricket Club and they are ready to welcome you to their special club.

Rushmoor Link Community Directory

Welcome to the Rushmoor Link community directory. This is the place to find very local information about activities, groups and community services. Whether you are looking for support, to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise more, get active, learn something new or find a place to meet, Rushmoor Link is a good place to start.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

Next step. Once you have hit the category button, scroll through the results. You can use the keyword search to narrow down the information (e.g., dementia, Aldershot, football).

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).

Spotted a mistake or something is missing? Please do contact us if you are aware that any information is incorrect or missing via info@rvs.org.uk.

If you are looking for information about adult residential care or care at home care, please visit Connect to Support Hampshire. There you can find information about care providers as well as advice and guidance to help you stay safe and well.

Happy searching!
