The Family Information and Services Hub managed by Hampshire County Council is an online source of information and links to community services for families, children, and children and young people with special education needs (SEND) living in Hampshire.

Hampshire Local Offer - Information on services available in Hampshire for children and young people from birth to 25 who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND)

Hampshire Gateway - Information about Leisure & Activities for Children and Young People with SEND along with details about the Gateway Card, which gives access to subsidised leisure activities supported by Hampshire Short Breaks funding.

You will also find details about local organisations, restaurants, food retailers and charitable organisations who may be able to offer support by searching the directory, including those who can offer financial management or debt advice.
