The Farnborough & Aldershot Lions Clubs merged in July 2024.
The Lions Clubs organise or support local community events, carry out fundraising for and promotion of local Lions Clubs shared activities. Examples of activities include the Message in a Bottle scheme, Cancer Health & Wellbeing, the annual Funfest Day for families of children with disabilities, Spektrek spectacles/glasses recycling, prostate screening, Canine Partners, and more.

Membership is open to everyone over the age of 25, with no upper age limit or discrimination as to gender, race or religious beliefs. Younger members have their own clubs called Leos Clubs.
