Fleet & Farnborough Chess Club


All welcome to join the weekly meetings at Cody Sports and Social Club. No previous experience required. If club members spot some natural talent then they can help provide coaching or put you in contact with a local coach who is a recognised English Chess Federation coach.

About Fleet & Farnborough Chess Club

The Fleet & Farnborough Chess Club's membership ranges from 11- 90 years and is in the English Chess Federation (ECF) grading terms ranges from around 30 -170. They have four teams in the Surrey Border League with opponents coming from Basingstoke, Camberley, Crowthorne, Guildford, Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere, Reading and Woking. Each team consists of five players. The Club meets on Tuesday evenings from 19.30. All welcome.

User Cost/Charge Information
The annual membership fee is £50 (with a reduced fee of £10 for juniors.) This fee includes full membership of Cody Sports and Social Club.
