Frogmore Care & Wellbeing Centre

About

The Frogmore Care & Wellbeing Centre is open Monday to Friday from 10.00-16.00. An experienced team will be on hand to help if you require day to day support with mobility, personalised care or with mental health and memory loss. Staff are fully trained to provide a high level of care, including specialist dementia care. Full day, half day or hourly support options on a regular or ad hoc basis can be offered. Additional support through respite breaks where day care membership can be increased (booked in advance) as a one off agreement or at regular intervals can be arranged.

Activities include:
Craft, reminiscence sessions, daily exercises, music therapy, inter-generational sessions (through conversation, learning and fun with children and students), outings and entertainment (musicians and informative guest speakers into the centre).

Transport:
Transport is available if you are unable to get to the centre with support from family or friends, or by other means.
