Girlguiding Units

About

Whether your daughter wants to join Rainbows (4-7), Brownies (7-10), Guides (10-14) or Rangers (14-18), start her Girlguiding journey by registering her interest and finding out about units in your area.

Use the links on the Girlguiding Hampshire North to register your interest in registering your daughter(s) for a local girlguiding group, to register your interest in volunteering, or to join the Trefoil Guild - for any female aged 18 years+.

Trefoil Guild acts like a branch of Girlguiding and its members agree to support the guiding ethos - including the pledge to help other people. Many members pass on their skills and knowledge to local guiding units, from helping Brownies work towards a badge to preparing older girls for a camping adventure. Many members are unit leaders or helpers in Girlguiding units, but it is not a requirement to be a Trefoil member.

Girlguiding UK is committed to ensuring children and young people who are in the Care of the Local Authority can share the opportunities that Girlguiding has to offer. If you would like any help in getting girls to join local units please contact Girlguiding North Hampshire at info@girlguidinghn.org.uk and they will ensure a member of their team will support you with this.

Rushmoor Link Community Directory

Welcome to the Rushmoor Link community directory. This is the place to find very local information about activities, groups and community services. Whether you are looking for support, to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise more, get active, learn something new or find a place to meet, Rushmoor Link is a good place to start.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

Next step. Once you have hit the category button, scroll through the results. You can use the keyword search to narrow down the information (e.g., dementia, Aldershot, football).

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).

Spotted a mistake or something is missing? Please do contact us if you are aware that any information is incorrect or missing via info@rvs.org.uk.

If you are looking for information about adult residential care or care at home care, please visit Connect to Support Hampshire. There you can find information about care providers as well as advice and guidance to help you stay safe and well.

Happy searching!
