About
The GRNC supports Nepali people living in Rushmoor and neighbouring areas. Events include celebrations for the Nepali New Year and International Women's Day. Various educational and awareness activities and projects include Project Together, ‘Kurakaani’, Induction Programme (for new arrivals), language and wellbeing classes.
Regular activities:
- Nepali language classes for children at Wavell School every Sunday 10.00-11.00am
-Nepali Dance Classes for children at Wavell School 11.00am-12.00pm
-Tai Chi classes at Mayfield Community Centre GU14 8TX every Saturday 7.30-9.00am.

The Greater Rushmoor Nepali Community (GRNC) is a charitable organisation run by the Rushmoor Nepali Community. Founded in 2003, GRNC provides help, advice and support to those in need and helps new arrivals to settle successfully in Rushmoor by collaborating closely with the Gurkha Welfare Advice Centre, Rushmoor Borough Council and other local and regional organisations.
