Hampshire Futures: Young People's Skills/Careers Support
About
Hampshire Futures is a service provided Hampshire County Council's Participation and Lifelong Learning Service, and covers the following areas:
Education Participation - the Education Participation Team offers individualised support for young people to help them access employment, education, and training opportunities. They specialise in supporting vulnerable young people in Year 12 and 13 (aged 16-18) across Hampshire. If you are not currently enrolled in education or training, or if you are unemployed the team can help. They offer support that can help you find the right path for your future, and can work with you to identify your strengths, interests, and goals and help you develop a plan to achieve them.
Hampshire Futures Careers Service - includes online careers information support - Summer School (a two-week long programme with activities and information to support both those that have just finished their GCSEs (Year 11) and those that have just completed college courses).
Professionals can use the weblink below to refer young people to receive this support.
