Hampshire Futures is a service provided Hampshire County Council's Participation and Lifelong Learning Service, supporting young people to identify, secure and maintain their long-term career goals. It covers the following areas:
- Education Participation - monitoring and supporting young people after they leave school
- Careers Information - for young people and for professionals
- Online Careers Information Service
- Hampshire Youth Parliament
Professionals can use the website to refer young people to receive this support.
