About
Hampshire County Council Adult Tailored Learning is a service for adults aged 19+ and is provided by Hampshire County Council's Participation and Lifelong Learning Service. They offer face to face training/courses as well as online programmes that develop skills, confidence, motivation and resilience which help adults to progress towards formal learning or employment, improve their health and well-being (including mental health) and develop stronger communities. Face to face sessions take place at local venues such as community centres, libraries, schools, children’s centres, and village halls.

Employability programmes to support learners into work
English and Maths
English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
Computing / IT
Childcare / Parenting
Health and Wellbeing
Cookery and Food Preparation
Arts and Crafts

User Cost/Charge Information
The service is free for Hampshire residents aged 19+ who meet one or more of the following characteristics:
- Without a full Level 2 qualification
- In receipt of Income Support or Universal Credit
- Families with school age children in receipt of free school meals
- Have a learning difficulty and/or disability
- Who are at risk of/have mental health needs
- Hampshire care leavers/foster carers
- Veterans
