Mustard Seed Autism Trust

About

Mustard Seed Autism Trust accept children aged between 3 and 11 who live within Hart and Rushmoor, including the borders of Surrey, up to a 10 mile radius of Farnborough. They accept referrals directly from parents/carers only. Each year there is an opportunity to join the waiting list for family support.

The referrals process has changed for 2025 - plese refer to the website for the latest details.

Family Support: each child has an individual pathway plan, which may involve one-to-one or small group work, focusing on social, communication, emotional, sensory and motor difficulties.

Advice Line: The advice line runs one afternoon every week. You can book a call with a member of the team, who will be able to give advice, recommendations, signposting and resources. Most calls last 45 minutes to 1 hour and are followed up with an email. You do not have to be on the waiting list to make an appointment. Families can book a call by emailing: office@mustardseedautism.co.uk

Resource Hub: there are a wide range of information resources for you and your children to download free and use.

Rushmoor Link Community Directory

Welcome to the Rushmoor Link community directory. This is the place to find very local information about activities, groups and community services. Whether you are looking for support, to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise more, get active, learn something new or find a place to meet, Rushmoor Link is a good place to start.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

Next step. Once you have hit the category button, scroll through the results. You can use the keyword search to narrow down the information (e.g., dementia, Aldershot, football).

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).

Spotted a mistake or something is missing? Please do contact us if you are aware that any information is incorrect or missing via info@rvs.org.uk.

If you are looking for information about adult residential care or care at home care, please visit Connect to Support Hampshire. There you can find information about care providers as well as advice and guidance to help you stay safe and well.
