About Naomi House

Naomi House & Jacksplace provide expert hospice care to more than 550 life limited and life threatened children, young adults and families from central southern England.

Naomi House first opened in 1997 to offer care and support to children who were not expected to live until adulthood. Nursing and medical staff provide individualised nursing care that helps to enhance short lives and allows local families to make the most of their precious time with their children.

In recent years, major developments in medicine and care have meant that more children can now be expected to reach adulthood. As a result, Jacksplace was built in 2010 as a hospice to offer care specifically for young adults aged 16 and over. Jacksplace is the only hospice for young adults in our region, offering the care and support they need, but also giving them the independence they often crave. This is achieved through 24 hour nursing care alongside activities and social events, both at the hospice and further afield.

Rushmoor Link Community Directory

Welcome to the Rushmoor Link community directory. This is the place to find very local information about activities, groups and community services. Whether you are looking for support, to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise more, get active, learn something new or find a place to meet, Rushmoor Link is a good place to start.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

Next step. Once you have hit the category button, scroll through the results. You can use the keyword search to narrow down the information (e.g., dementia, Aldershot, football).

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).

Spotted a mistake or something is missing? Please do contact us if you are aware that any information is incorrect or missing via info@rvs.org.uk.
