Bootcamp UK (BCUK) group outdoor fitness exercises are held in Farnborough and are designed to be challenging, fun and highly effective. Their fitness classes are tailored to all abilities and everyone is welcome. Their highly experienced and professional instructors will adapt the workouts for everyone.

Session times:
Monday 7.00-8.00pm
Wednesday 7.00-8.00pm
Saturday 8.30-9.30am

Membership:
There are a selection of 'pay as you go' and monthly subscriptions as well as an introductory offer.

About Bootcamp UK Farnborough (BCUK)

Bootcamp UK Farnborough (previously known as Parafit) and has been helping members reach their fitness and health goals since 2012. They create communities and facilitate positive, healthy change through outdoor fitness classes. Their fully qualified, professional instructors accommodate all fitness abilities in a non-judgemental environment. Through effort and motivation, they aim to achieve results and transform bodies and minds, bringing together a community of like-minded people.
