RHL Chair Pilates Classes

About

Have you always wanted to try Pilates but have limited mobility or are worried about getting down and up from the floor? Then SEATED Pilates is for you - this fun & friendly class uses traditional & adapted Pilates exercises to strengthen & lengthen your muscles, improve your posture, balance, mobility, flexibility & mental well-being; all with the use of a chair for help & support.

Classes run at the following times/venues:

Tuesday 13.00 – 13.45 Hawley Memorial Hall
Wednesday 11.15 – 12.10 Church Crookham Community Centre
Wednesday 11.30 – 12.15 Darby Green Centre
Thursday 10.15 – 11.00 Zoom
Friday 09.45 – 10.30 Aldershot Traction Club

About Rushmoor Healthy Living

Rushmoor Healthy Living (RHL) primarily targets those with or at risk of serious health conditions, disadvantaged and vulnerable older adults, the Nepali community (with a focus on the older population) and Gurkha veterans. Last year they achieved over 23,000 attendances across over 25 different projects and classes.
