Rushmoor Parkrun


Rushmoor Parkrun is a free, fun, and friendly 5k community event held every Saturday at 9.00am at Queens Avenue, Aldershot. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. Please register before arriving to allow you to keep track of your Parkrun journey. If you have registered previously and taken part in an event, there is no need to re-register. You are welcome to spectate at Parkrun events without registering. The Parkrun is organised by volunteers. Please contact via email if you would like to help.

About Rushmoor Parkrun

Rushmoor parkrun offers an opportunity for all the local community, regardless of age or gender, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy the outdoors and get physically active. It encourages people to run, jog, walk and volunteer together – this event is truly open to all, whether you're a complete novice looking to get yourself started or a regular wanting to use this as a part of your training schedule.
