Safe Haven North East Hampshire (Aldershot)

About

An evening and weekend drop-in service for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis or their carer. Self-referral, everyone welcome. This is a shared service with Catalyst.
Open 365 days a year for people experiencing a mental health crisis: 18.00-23.00, Monday to Friday. 12.30- 23.00, weekends and bank holidays.

What Safe Havens offer:
- Professional staff, including mental health practitioners able to carry out mental health assessments if needed
- Peer support in a welcoming setting
- An appropriate alternative to A&E for those experiencing mental health problems and their carers.

As a response to the COVID-19 situation, the Safe Havens in Aldershot, Guildford, Woking, Epsom and Redhill which are still open for face to face crisis only, are now offering a virtual link to provide much needed support. To access the links for each Safe Haven please go to this web-link:
