The Sailors Society provides a variety of support including wellness training and cadet conferences, e-learning platform, a helpline & crisis team, welfare grants, and peer-to-peer support groups. Please visit the website for more information.

Confidential helpline: Open 24/7 offering care and support to seafarers and their families.
E-learning: covering a wide range of topics to help you manage mental and emotional strain, improve relationships, enhance your physical and mental fitness and more.
Ship Connect: a virtual proactive support service for seafarers.
Welfare grants: providing support with bills (eg for food, medicine or education).
Peer-to-peer support groups: a variety of WhatsApp groups for general support, cadets, for those affected by the Ukraine crisis, for women seafarers and for families.

About Sailors Society

We provide grants and support to families in need and run projects in seafaring communities around the world: from healthcare for retired seafarers in India to a primary school in Myanmar
