Samaritans - Listening & Outreach service
About
Samaritans (Farnborough & District) offers a safe place to talk if you are feeling emotionally distressed or having a difficult time and need to talk things through in a confidential and safe environment. No judgment and no advice, just a conversation about how you are feeling. They are here for anyone who needs someone, especially in a time of crisis. You don’t have to be suicidal to call Samaritans, you can get in touch about anything that’s troubling you, no matter how large or small the issue feels.
Listening service:
Call 116 123 any time, day or night, 365 days a year or email jo@samaritans.org (it may take several days to get a response via their email listening service).

Visiting schools & colleges to deliver talks about emotional health; attendance at health fairs and events with the British Army; providing drop-in sessions at local homeless shelters; visiting local organisations and community groups.
