Self-help - START staff can signpost clients to other sources of support to aid self-help and recovery.

There can be a waiting list to access support from START. Referral forms for self-referral or referral by a professional are availble on the web-site. Counselling can also be offered virtually.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).
