Sport England encourages grant applications for projects that support people who have poorer health outcomes and lower activity levels.
Funding & Grants offered include:
-Active Together Fund (to help support those most severely affected by the pandemic)
- Small Grants Programme (dedicated to projects using sport and physical activity to bring people together and tackle inequalities)
- Places & Spaces Fund (to help community sport and physical activity groups improve places and spaces across the country)

About Sport England

Sport England is there to invest in sport and physical activity to make it a normal part of life for everyone in England, regardless of who they are. Every year, it invests over £250 million of National Lottery and public money to support individuals in engaging in sports and participating in physical activities. Recognizing that the prospect of applying to one of its funds for the first time may appear daunting, Sport England assures to provide guidance to the suitable fund and outline the necessary steps.
