About

Richmond Fellowship Surrey and North East Hants Employment Services offer one-to-one support to people living with mental ill-health who are seeking work or need assistance to manage their mental health in work.

The service provides confidential, impartial advice and guidance to help you back into paid employment. If you are currently in work and experiencing mental ill-health, then Richmond Fellowship staff can support you and your employer to make plans and find solutions that enable you to retain your employment.

Examples of support available: CV design, job searches, interview practice/techniques, in-work advice and guidance, job retention, employer liaison support.

This is a fully funded service for individuals that self-refer or who are professionally referred.

We offer a range of services across England including supported housing, community, crisis houses, residential homes, employment support and social enterprises.
