First 4 Sports teaches children from 3 years of age and also cater for adults of all abilities. Please visit the website for more information including swim programmes, term dates, and online contact form.

Children's lessons:
Saturday 8.00- 11.00am
Sunday 2.00-3.00pm
Mondays 4.00-5.00pm
Tuesdays 4.00-5.00pm
Wednesday 4.00-5.00pm
Fridays 4.00-5.00pm

Adult lessons are tailored to suit the individual needs of the swimmer -please contact to discuss.

About First 4 Sports

First 4 Sports is a small family business which has been developed since 1992. Swimming lessons are based at the Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre using the 50m pool and the swim programme centres on the Amateur Swimming Association award scheme.
