The Henry Smith Charity can provide grants for small and medium sized organisations in the UK to support projects and the running costs of organisations.

Grants offered include:
- Improving Lives (for charitable organisations that help people when other sources of support have failed, are inappropriate, or are simply not available)
- Strengthening Communities (to support small, grass roots organisations who are embedded in the community, working within the most deprived areas of the UK)
- Holiday Grants for Children (to provide access to recreational trips or holidays for groups of children who experience disadvantage or who have disabilities)

The Henry Smith Charity has been helping combat disadvantage and poverty since 1628. It aims to bring about lasting change to people’s lives, helping them to benefit from and contribute to society. They achieve this by funding organisations that work with people to reduce social and economic disadvantage.
