1-to-1 counselling/mentoring predominantly for 14 years+
Creative Group support providing early-help support
Aldershot Support Group for young Mums under 25 years on Wednesdays 1.00pm-2.00pm and includes a light lunch.

About The Source Young People's Charity

The Source is a charity committed to supporting young people aged 11-25 years in Aldershot and surrounding areas who are struggling with their wellbeing or mental health. They prioritise support for disadvantaged and vulnerable young people who may not receive the support they need and aim to build their confidence, resilience and self esteem, enabling them to live healthy, happy and fulfilled lives.
