Wellbeing Centre (Hart & Rushmoor)

About

The Hart and Rushmoor Wellbeing Centre offers a relaxed and friendly base, where a range of services are provided to support people with mental health problems and offer helps to all who need it. This could range from aiding people in their recovery from a serious mental health issue to providing advice, services and information to those wishing to prevent the onset of a mental health condition from starting.

The services offered are tailored to each individual, providing care and support to help increase self-esteem, manage mental distress and promote self-management. There are a wide range of opportunities and resources available to help people achieve their goals. This includes access to group activities (both social and therapeutic), 1-1 sessions with well-being coaches as well as peer support. Using the recovery model, the aim is to ensure that people are able to develop positive relationships, become less socially isolated, gain (and retain) paid employment, live in settled accommodation and make a positive contribution to the communities they live in.

Referrals can be made by a health/social care professional or by self-referral.

Note: The Farnborough location is open Mon, Thurs & Fri.

Rushmoor Link Community Directory

Welcome to the Rushmoor Link community directory. This is the place to find very local information about activities, groups and community services. Whether you are looking for support, to improve your health and wellbeing, socialise more, get active, learn something new or find a place to meet, Rushmoor Link is a good place to start.

How to get started. Choose a category. Information is sorted into categories by service or organisation name. The directory focuses on what is available locally through statutory, community and voluntary organisations.

Next step. Once you have hit the category button, scroll through the results. You can use the keyword search to narrow down the information (e.g., dementia, Aldershot, football).

It’s a simple system packed full of information. We recommend you do not use punctuation marks like commas (,) or apostrophes (’).

Spotted a mistake or something is missing? Please do contact us if you are aware that any information is incorrect or missing via info@rvs.org.uk.
